School Rules and Regulations

"One of the chief responsibilities laid upon the shoulders of maybe he young or old, is the responsibility of conserving his moral, mental and physical resources and making the best possible use of them."

1. The Students must follow and respect the rules and regulations and give respect to all.
2. The School diary must be brought to school every day and must be produced by the students as and when required. In case the student loses his/ her diary, a new one should be taken by paying a fine.
3. Parents must fill the Particulars of the student given in the diary. Parents must read the Diary of the wards regularly in order to check and assess their overall conduct.
4. Students must reach the school on time and leave only after the school hours.
5. No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours except in case of emergency. Parent’s written consent is must
6. Students are not allowed to meet any outsiders including parents/ guardians during school hours unless prior permission is sought
7. Students should wear proper and clean school uniform on all working days and maintain simple and suitable hairstyle and should avoid wearing unnecessary articles /ornaments. Boys must have short hair and trim it at regular intervals.
8. It is mandatory to speak in English during school hours. Students must conduct themselves with decorum and ensure that they are always polite and well mannered.
9. Bullying and the use of foul language are punishable offences.
10. Students must accept assigned tasks and duties willingly and without argument ensuring that these are carried out with the highest standards.
11. Students must take care of his/ her belongings. School is not responsible for any loss.
12. No irrelevant book, magazine or other publication may be brought to the school without the class teacher's explicit permission
13. The students shall not be allowed to carry and use Cell phones, I- Pods, camera or any electronic items during school hours and school authorities, are fully empowered to seize such articles.
14. 75% of the attendance is a must for promotion to the next class
15. Leave without application shall be marked as abs If a student is not able to appear for exams, he /she must produce the medical certificate duly obtained from a competent Medical Officer.
16. The students are answerable to the school for their conduct inside and outside the s Damage of school properties, misbehaviour and resorting to unfair means during the exams will not be tolerated. Such defaulters shall be firmly dealt with serious disciplinary actions and a record of the same will be considered wherever applicable.
17. The school is committed to protecting the environment and expects its students to be environment friendly in all their actions.
18. Students are strictly advised not to drive two- wheelers/ four wheelers.
19. The decision of the School Head and authorized committee shall be final and binding in terms of School administration, management, academic and all other related disciplinary matters and the school administration is solely responsible for making the school functioning s
20. Parents must properly monitor the activities of the students so as to ensure that they do not indulge in any undesirable activity.

Fees Structure and Rules

General Instruction Regarding Fees

• Tuition fee is payable in four equal instalments.
  • All payments should be made through School’s Online Payment System or by Cheque (in favour of Ambuja Vidya Niketan A/C AVN Trust) at the school office.

• In case the fee is not paid in time, a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be levied till end of the month and after that name of the student will be struck off from the school roll, a fresh admission may be considered at the discretion of the Principal after the payment of full arrears.
